Refund and Return Policy
Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Opened or used toner cartridges, ink, or printer consumables.
- Laptops or printers that have been used or activated.
Return Process
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Printers, laptops, or toner cartridges that have been used or activated.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a set number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is reflected.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at Admin@tonermark.com and return your item to: Maryotya haram, giza
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: [physical address].
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
For higher-value items like printers and laptops, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
